At SkillForge Soccer, we are committed to getting our high-quality soccer training equipment into your hands as quickly as possible so you can start building real skills on the field.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Most domestic U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days.
Some orders may take the full 2–10 business days due to supplier location, carrier routing, or high demand periods.

Total time from order to delivery: Typically 3–13 business days (processing + shipping).

We ship from our suppliers’ warehouses across the U.S. and occasionally internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs (for any international orders) may affect actual delivery.

Shipping Costs & Methods

We offer standard shipping via reliable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the supplier and package).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected items.
Free shipping is available on orders over $70
Expedited or express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee (where offered by the carrier).

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not currently available. If you are outside the U.S., please contact us before ordering.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using that number.

Please note: Tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment.

Delays & Issues

While we work hard to meet the 2–10 business day shipping window, occasional delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at pevans112233@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or customs issues.
